Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Printed Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or if there was an error in the printing process caused by us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Non-Custom Items: Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Clearance or sale items.
